Every house of the world is sold by auction. Bid from this page with your gold in the bank; the winner moves in after the server save.
How house auctions work
You need a Premium account and a character of level 40 or higher with a vocation.
Your bank balance must cover your bid and the first month's rent. That gold stays reserved while you are the highest bidder.
You enter your maximum bid. The current bid is only 1 gold above the second-highest maximum, so you usually pay less than your maximum.
You can raise or lower your maximum (never below the current bid), but you cannot withdraw it.
Each account can own one house and be the highest bidder on one house at a time.
An auction ends at the server save (10:00 UTC) at least 7 days after the first bid. The winner pays from the bank and gets the house; if the bank cannot pay, the auction fails and the house is auctioned again. A winner without Premium pays but does not get the house.
Rent is paid from the bank every month. If it is not paid within 7 days the house is lost and the account cannot bid for 30 days.
