The Ancient Tombs Quest

Ankrahmun Level 75 Free

Seven pharaohs rest in the tombs under the desert around Ankrahmun, and each sarcophagus beyond a pharaoh holds a piece of the helmet of the ancients. Bring all seven to the treasure room of Ashmunrah, under the library of the city, and the pieces melt into the helmet.

Requirements

Premium account
Level 75 or more and a full team: every tomb ends with a pharaoh boss
A shovel (the tombs are entered through the sand), a rope and scarab coins (one per coal basin)

How to complete

Step 1
Ancient Ruins Tomb, north of Ankrahmun: dig into the tomb and go deep. Put a scarab coin on the empty coal basin to open the way, defeat Vashresamun and open the sarcophagus beyond her: left horn.

Oasis Tomb, north-west of the city: sacrifice a scarab coin on the coal basin, fight through to Rahemos and open the sarcophagus beyond him: damaged helmet.

Step 3
Mountain Tomb, the northernmost: below its coal basin waits Dipthrah, who ignores blades and arrows; bring magic. His sarcophagus holds the helmet ornament.

Step 4
Peninsula Tomb, far west: past the coal basin an invisible maze throws the careless back to its start. Find the one path to Omruc and open the sarcophagus: helmet piece.

Step 5
Stone Tomb, north-east: nine levers must all point right at the same time to pass the forcefield. Take the mark of the cobra from the poisoned tile and greet the Cobra before it fades. Defeat Thalas: gem holder.

Step 6
Shadow Tomb, east: beyond the coal basin, Mahrdis and his dragons. Open the sarcophagus: helmet adornment.

Tarpit Tomb, north-east: beyond the coal basin Morguthis guards his sarcophagus: right horn.

Step 8
With all seven pieces, enter the tomb under the library of Ankrahmun and defeat Ashmunrah. Switch the six levers of his room to the right and pass the forcefield.
Step 9
Lay every piece on the small stone table of the treasure room and step onto the tile in front of it: the pieces melt together into the helmet of the ancients.

Tips

Each sarcophagus gives its piece once per player; the whole team can loot the same tomb in one run.
The pharaohs respawn: if another team just killed one, wait or come back later.

Vashresamun, the Ancient Ruins Tomb
Dig your way into the Ancient Ruins Tomb in the sands north of Ankrahmun. Deep below, a scarab coin on the empty coal basin opens the path to Vashresamun. Defeat the pharaoh and open the sarcophagus beyond.

Rahemos, the Oasis Tomb
The Oasis Tomb lies under the sand north-west of Ankrahmun. Sacrifice a scarab coin on the coal basin, fight through to Rahemos and open the sarcophagus beyond him.

Dipthrah, the Mountain Tomb
The Mountain Tomb is the northernmost of the tombs. Below its coal basin waits Dipthrah, who shrugs off blades and arrows. Defeat him and open the sarcophagus beyond.

Omruc, the Peninsula Tomb
The Peninsula Tomb hides far to the west of Ankrahmun. Past the coal basin an invisible maze throws the careless back to its start; only one path leads to Omruc. Defeat him and open the sarcophagus beyond.

Thalas, the Stone Tomb
In the Stone Tomb north-east of Ankrahmun nine levers must all point right at the same time to pass the forcefield. Then take the mark of the cobra from the poisoned tile and greet the Cobra before it fades. Defeat Thalas and open the sarcophagus beyond.

Mahrdis, the Shadow Tomb
The Shadow Tomb lies east of Ankrahmun. Beyond the coal basin, Mahrdis and his dragons wait. Defeat him and open the sarcophagus beyond.

The Tarpit Tomb opens in the sand north-east of Ankrahmun. Beyond the coal basin, Morguthis guards his sarcophagus. Defeat him and open it.

Ashmunrah and the Helmet of the Ancients
With all seven pieces, enter the tomb under the library of Ankrahmun and defeat Ashmunrah. Switch the six levers of his room to the right and pass the forcefield. Lay every piece on the small stone table of the treasure room and step onto the tile in front of it.

When completed: The seven pieces melted together: you own the helmet of the ancients.
