Houses

Every house of the world is sold by auction. Bid from this page with your gold in the bank; the winner moves in after the server save.

How house auctions work
  • You need a Premium account and a character of level 40 or higher with a vocation.
  • Your bank balance must cover your bid and the first month's rent. That gold stays reserved while you are the highest bidder.
  • You enter your maximum bid. The current bid is only 1 gold above the second-highest maximum, so you usually pay less than your maximum.
  • You can raise or lower your maximum (never below the current bid), but you cannot withdraw it.
  • Each account can own one house and be the highest bidder on one house at a time.
  • An auction ends at the server save (10:00 UTC) at least 7 days after the first bid. The winner pays from the bank and gets the house; if the bank cannot pay, the auction fails and the house is auctioned again. A winner without Premium pays but does not get the house.
  • Rent is paid from the bank every month. If it is not paid within 7 days the house is lost and the account cannot bid for 30 days.
