How house auctions work
- Premium account, level 40+, a vocation, and enough gold in the bank for your maximum bid plus the first rent (kept reserved while you lead).
- Second-price bidding: you pay 1 gold more than the second-highest maximum. Other bidders must beat the current bid by at least 100 gold.
- You can change your maximum but never withdraw it. One house and one leading bid per account.
- Settled at the server save (10:00 UTC) after 7 days: no money in the bank = no house (auctioned again); no Premium = you pay but do not get the house.
- In-game, use !leavehouse inside your house to give it up. Unpaid rent for 7 days = house lost and no bids for 30 days.
